In Absentia

Hello?  Is this thing on?  Well, it's February.  The only thing I managed to do faithfully in January was take pictures.  I sure as hell didn't manage to blog faithfully.  If anyone is still clicking on this dusty thing, this one's for you.  January.  Thirty one days.  I don't know about you, but for me, the month FLEW BY.  And I am more than happy to bid it adeiu.

I changed my banner. twice.  the trees weren't working for me.  Let's try my sister's heart.  If you click on the picture of the ferry to the left, you can see all of the January pictures.  My month, encapsulated.  It seems appropriate that yesterday's picture (ferry at sunset) close out the month...get it?  sunset...

I'm still not really in a fun, craft project, cooking, organizing, writing witty crap kind of place.  To make up for it, here are some of my January favorites.  I don't know how often I'll be here in the short term, but don't give up on me! 

In other news, I am starting a knitting class tonight.  It's something I've always wanted to do, so there's that.  Now, onto some January pics you may have missed.
