"Marmite a Conserves avec Grille"



Also known as "Canner with Rack". I don't know if our garden harvest will yield me enough produce for canning, but I plan to do some canning this summer all the same. Canning is on my bucket list.
I don't even know what I'm going to make yet, but I have the equipment and a library book. I've picked out jars and am studying label designs...it's all about the gear.

  1. My mom use to can like crazy! It's a lot of work and makes your kitchen like 105 degrees. But worth it.

  2. My mom & grandma tried to teach me and I just wasn't interested... now that they aren't able to do much canning, I wish I had learned. Good for you for trying... I'm too scared to try here, after my boiled over carrot cake... hmmm...
